Due to the high demand on our services, please be advised that acute prescription requests, (medication that you have had before, but isn’t on your repeat medication list), is likely to take up to 4 working days for us to process.
We have always asked you to allow us 3 working days (72hrs) for these requests generally, but unfortunately this deadline is now proving to be unrealistic. Therefore in order to manage expectations going forward, please allow us 4 working days. Thank you.
