We appreciate the phone in system can be frustrating but we do offer pre-bookable appointments in the afternoon but will only book two weeks ahead. Please try to ring in morning but not constant re dial as if all patients do this the system will be engaged try a few times and if not successful ring a bit later and if no appointments available speak to the receptionist for advice or sign posting.
