New Telephone System
We had a new telephone system installed on 11th August 2022. You will notice that our recorded message has changed. We are asking patients who are not trying to book an appointment, to please call after 11am, so that our lines are free for those patients who are trying to book appointments.
We have also made the decision to turn our telephone off for 90minutes every day, (1pm to 2.30pm), so that we are able to catch up with some of our administrative tasks.
Please be patient with our team, we are trying our best to improve our efficiency. Thank you.
